web site would not succeed if you have not thought why
you need it, And it is not enough to say," well
, everyone else has a web site." Or that it would
be cool to have a web site, Yes, both of those reasons
are valid. but they will not ensure that you get the
web site you really need-- and deserve.
Before
you choose an option ask yourself the following questions.

are my off-line customers or clients ?

the target audience for my web site be similar ?

not, will a web site really further my business goal?
(Or should I categorized this
web site as a separate business with separate
goals) ?

are demographic of my primary audience ?

kind of things will they expect on my set ?

kinds of things will they enjoy doing on my site (it
is always a good idea to do some surfing ,collecting
sites that u like)?
